Pat Opheim has worked in real estate profession for over 32 years.  Her experience will ensure that your home is staged to sell.  Pat’s love of design is what motivated her to begin C1st Home Stagers and Redesigners.  

Karen Sands has worked with the public for over 35 years.  Starting out as a teacher and then working her way into sales of all kinds, Karen enjoys people and helping them to fall in love with their homes all over again. 

Both Pat and Karen are HSR Certified Professional Home Stagers and Redesigners. And members of American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners.  Ethics, honesty, love of people of all diversity and Christian Principles guide their business and dealings with their clients.

Our Mission
Our goal at C1st is to stage your home so it is sold faster-get the most dollars-with less headaches and hassles for you. C1st offers a report that is detailed for the “Do It Yourself” person, or we can manage for you-from beginning to end. Our redesign goal is to update the look of your home, to reflect your personality.
