 C1st Home Stagers & Redesigners Services

All of our services begin with an initial consultation and walk through.  This way we are able to better serve the home Seller, by assessing what can and should be done to the home, in order for it to show better and sell faster.  A C1st Home Stager will spend 1-2 hours with the Seller and preferably also with the Realtor/Agent, seeing through the home and discussing needs, wants, goals and expectations, ending with a proposal for further staging services if needed.  Plans for a “Do It Yourselfer” are available at an additional price. 

Half-Day Staging includes Action Plan
This is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise.  C1st Home Stager will be working from a detailed walk through work sheet that will be given to the home Seller in order to complete the transformations.  We will spend 4 hours transforming the home focusing on the biggest bang for your dollars.  Photos to use in marketing are included. 

Full-Day Staging includes Action Plan
We spend a full day working from our detailed Action Plan making dramatic transformations to your home.  What a difference a day can make!  At the end of the session C1st Home Stager will give the detailed Action Plan to the home Seller in order to complete the transformations.  Photos to use in marketing are included. 

Do It Yourself Guide
Is an Action Plan designed to give step by step instructions for the home Seller to complete the process them selves. 

New Listing or Open House Staging Days
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House.  Our service will ensure you make a great first impression.  C1st Home Stager will spend two full days prior to that weekend, transforming the house into a Buyer’s dream.  We will be working from a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.  To get the most money, every home should go through a C1st Home Stager transformation before putting your home on the open market. 

Vacant Home Staging has a 4 step process:

Initial Consultation
C1st Home Stager meets with the Seller and Realtor/Agent.  We go over our process, budget and will review the home.  During this time we will be taking pictures, diagrams, measurements as well as contemplating every detail needed to complete the home. 

Furniture Planning
When the Seller is ready to proceed, C1st Home Stager meets with the furniture rental company.  We pick each piece that best suits the home and the Seller’s budget.  Seller is responsible for paying the furniture company directly. 

Moving Day:
The C1st Home Stager meets the furniture rental movers at the home and directs where all of the pieces need to go.  C1st has also brought additional accessories such as bed linens, wall coverings, window coverings, plants, trees, table décor, pillows, throws, light furniture, knick knacks and materials for our “EMOTIONAL CONNECTION POINTS”.  We will spend the day or more adding these home accessories in order to perfect the “LOOK”. 

Sold
When the house is sold and ready to close we will then meet with the furniture rental movers and spend a day de-staging the home.  We highly recommend keeping the home staged through the buyer’s inspection.
