FAQ’s…

Why should I have my home staged?
When you have lived in your home for any length of time, you see your home through your particular tastes and needs.  What you see as antique, another may see as just plain old and worn.  What you see as “cute,” another may see as a fad. When we stage your home, we are targeting the largest possible group of buyers using items that will appeal to the general public.

Is staging expensive?
C1ST is able to work with a wide variety of budgets.  Your investment of as little as $250 all the way to several thousands of  dollars can net you thousands more in your sale.  This is money and accessories you can then take with you to your new home.  A home that is staged properly and priced right will net you top dollar.  We will keep your budget in mind when preparing your staging plan.

Do I have to paint?
C1st will only suggest painting if we feel it will help you net top dollar.  It’s important to appeal to the largest audience by having specific colors in your home.  If it’s painting you don’t want to do yourself –relax, we can make suggestions of who to contact to do the painting for you.  We will even oversee the whole project if you prefer.

Does Staging take very long?
How long depends on the needs of your home.  If you have lived there for many years, it’s easy to amass a lot of things.  We can help you decide what needs to be packed and what needs to stay.  We can help you decide if repairs need to be made, or painting needs to be done.  Staging can take as little as a few hours to several days – again depending on the needs of your home.

Our Mission
Our goal at C1st is to stage your home so it is sold faster-get the most dollars-with less headaches and hassles for you. C1st offers a report that is detailed for the “Do It Yourself” person, or we can manage for you-from beginning to end. Our redesign goal is to update the look of your home, to reflect your personality.
